Visitors who were not able arrange their transit tours before their flight may still stop by the airport Transit Tour Desk and consult the staff upon arrival. Choose from a wide variety of activities that range from visiting Korea’s historical treasures to shopping in the trendiest districts.

Instead of sitting at the gate and waiting for the next flight, travelers can turn their short stay into a great experience!

Incheon International Airport provides a wide range of free transit tours. Choices include the Incheon City Tour, Seoul City Tour, Temple Tour, and many more. Travelers can choose among the different tours available: 1-hour, 1.5-hour, 2-hour, 3-hour, and 5-hour tour courses. Each transit tour is accompanied by an English-speaking tour guide, so even those who do not speak Korean can enjoy the tours without any difficulties. Moreover, all tours are provided for free. However, tourist site admission fees and meals are excluded and must be paid individually.

One Hour Tour – Yonggungsa Temple located near the airport is the place to experience Korean Buddhist culture and beautiful nature.
Found in 670 tenth year of King Munmu during Shilla dynasty,
Yonggungsa Temple is famous for its 1,300 years old zelkova tree, tablet in Yosachae written by Heungseon Daewongun.

2 Hour Tour – Incheon Grand Bridge, which opened in October of 2009, is a 6-lane, 21.38 km long road, and is the 6th largest bridge in the world and the largest and
longest bridge in Korea.Heungryunsa Temple is founded in 1376,
second year of the region King Wu during Goryeo Dynasty it becomes noted for its 108 stairs that mean the hundred-and-eight torments of mankind
Incheon Landing Operation Memorial Hall was constructed to commemorate the Incheon Landing Operation at Wolmi Island,
launched under the command of General MacArthur(the Commander in Chief of the U.N. Forces) during the Korean War

3 Hour Tour – Wolmi park was formed into natural eco-friendly park from historic park at the edge of neo-modern period.
You can see here various facilities, traditional garden with Korean style houses, walking way surrounded with nature.
Sinpo Market is famous as a place where many of the unique foods of Incheon originated, including dak-gang-jeong(fride chicken),
jjolmyeon(chewy cold noodles), mandu(dumplings), golgalbbang(bread buns with an empty space inside), and others.

3.5 Hour Tour – Seoul City Tour
Gyeongbokgung is a royal palace built in the Joseon Dynasty.
The largest of the Five Grand Palaces, Gyeongbokgung served as the main palace of the Joseon Dynasty.
Insa-dong is famous as the most traditional street, lined with a large number of antique shops and folk art galleries.
Cheonggyecheon is an 11km long modern stream that runs through downtown Seoul. The stream starts form Cheonggye Plaza, a popular cultural
arts venue with many attractions along its length.

Seoul City Tour
